【摘要】:ThispartofISO1874establishesasystemofdesignationforpolyamide(PA)thermoplasticmaterials,whichmaybeusedasthebasisforspecifications.ItcoverspolyamidehomopolymersformouldingandextrusionbasedonPA6,PA66,PA69,PA610,PA612,PA11,PA12,PAMXD6,PA46,PA1212,PA4T,PA6TandPA9Tandcopolyamidesofvariouscompositionsformouldingandextrusion.Thetypesofpolyamideplasticaredifferentiatedfromeachotherbyaclassificationsystembasedonappropriatelevelsofthedesignatorypropertiesa)viscositynumber,b)tensilemodulusofelasticityandc)presenceofnucleatingagent,andoninformationaboutchemicalstructure,intendedapplication,methodofprocessing,importantproperties,additives,colour,fillersandreinforcingmaterials.Thedesignationsystemisapplicabletoallpolyamidehomopolymersandcopolymers.Itappliestomaterialsreadyfornormaluse,unmodifiedandmodifiedbycolorants,additives,fillers,reinforcingmaterials,polymermodifiers,etc.ThispartofISO1874doesnotapplytomonomercasting-typepolyamidesofPA6andPA12.Itisnotintendedtoimplythatmaterialshavingthesamedesignationgivenecessarilythesameperformance.ThispartofISO1874doesnotprovideengineeringdata,performancedataordataonprocessingconditionswhichmayberequiredtospecifyamaterialforaparticularapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing.Ifsuchadditionalpropertiesarerequired,theyshallbedeterminedinaccordancewiththetestmethodsspecifiedinISO1874-2,ifsuitable.Inordertospecifyathermoplasticmaterialforaparticularapplicationorreproducibleprocessing,additionalrequirementsmaybegivenindatablock5(see3.1and3.6).
